Give me some feedback about her ears!!

Hi everyone Maple and I are new here.
she is my first dashhound. she is now 5 mo old. Her ears were perfect. Now they are pulled back and I’m so afraid they are going to stay back! She now looks like a have a long Chihuahua dog.
Some please let me know if you have experienced this with your pup!!
You can’t find much about it online.
Her vet had not ever heard of it. Wanted to do bloodwork just seems extreme.

She looks like a "chiweenie" (dachshund X chihuahua). If you want a definitive answer, you could have her DNA tested.
