Hi my name is Charlee. I am new to the Dachshund world. I have a 16 wk old Chocolate & Cream Long Haired Miniature Dachshund named Luke.

Luke has a big sissy who is a 2 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Chrissy. She wasn't sure about him at first, but now she loves her new baby brother!
Luke also lives with Ivan, a 7 year old Giant Schnauzer, and Lily a 1 year old Miniature Schnauzer.

The past 7 weeks with Luke have sure been an adventure for all of us, Schnauzers included, but a good one. I can only imagine all the fun times that lie ahead with this little Dachshund!

I came across this site while reading about the breed and thought I would join :) Especially since I'm new to the breed.

Hi Charlee, I'm new here too, but not too new to doxies, just wanted to say that your puppy is sooooo adorable! :D

Right now he is playing with a singing dog toy inside of a crinkle cat tunnel... He seems to like lots of noise, haha.
