10 month old female puppy questions

Hello,

I have a mini long-haired doxie, and she has just gone through her first heat cycle. I am planning of having her spayed in June.

Since she had her first cycle, I have noticed a large-ish lump on her chest/rib area, underneath the skin of her nipple. It feels like a lipoma but I thought she was pretty young to have a lipoma. She is only 10 months.

Another question...do doxie's have good eyesight? Sometimes, when I come home and she is not expecting anyone, she looks at me like "who is that?", as if she can't see too well. Puzzling...

Not seeing too well? Is she a double dapple? That's the first thing that comes to mind.
These things can get answers to in June when she's spayed. Looking forward to seeing some pics of your pretty girl.

That thing with her nipples is normal.It happens after their first heat cycle.Let's call it puberty
About the eye sight,dachshunds see like any other dogs do.You probably should check her eyes.
