My doxie Otto unfortunately had a bit of an accident and received surgery for his IVDD. The total came out to roughly $17,000 and I definitely don't have anywhere near that saved up so I had to put it all on credit cards. Does anybody know of any programs, grants, or financial assistance that could help out with the costs? I set up a Gofundme for him but that probably won't come anywhere near the total cost.
