Double Dapple - Neurological Concerns

I am a foster and took in a litter of blind/deaf beagle/dachshunds about a year and a half ago. One of my little guys was doing great but within the last month has started spinning in circles. Another pup in the litter was doing this but we found it was just her way of discovering where she was and getting around. She eventually stopped. Unfortunately this guy seems to become very frantic and will even get up in the middle of the night, turn frantically in circles and cry. I've e-mailed a few groups and tried to find info online but most double dapple sites seem to only refer to the blind/deaf issue. Does anyone have any resources they can provide me with?

Sorry, I've got nothing to offer. I just wanted to comment how sad for the dog. That's got to be really hard on you, too.

I would definitely take this guy to a vet to be evaluated. It may be a health issue manifesting itself in an odd way.
