If I understand correctly we are talking about something like this;
"We do not recommend using any of these collars when training your dog and the RSPCA see the use of these as cruelty.
Studies show that using aversive techniques (ones that cause pain or alarm) when training your dog are not more effective than positive training (rewards and praise) and in some cases can make the dog more anxious and potentially aggressive.

In my opinion this is nothing short of cruelty and they should be banned every where.
