6 week old fell off the couch!

My 6 week old puppy, Carlos, was asleep and I got up to get him some food and seconds later I heard him fall off the arm of the couch onto hard tile.

At first, his jaw seemed to be locked up but seconds later he was fine. Walks around fine. Acts normal. Eating fine. I rubbed all around his limbs, head, ribs and pretty much his whole body to see if he would yelp in pain but nothing. Shined a flash light in his eyes didn't see any red reflection (was told it would mean bleeding). Isn't whining or acting different.

Do you guys think he's okay? Is there anything else I should check for?

Ohh poor Carlos, how high is the couch? I think there's nothing to worry much unless he is limping and act weird like he wouldn't eat. You have to observe him and take to the vet immediately if you noticed anything wrong like vomiting of blood or blood in stool. Hope he's just totally fine.

Sounds fine, but keep an eye on him. Watson was like a tank when he was a puppy. He'd fall over, run into things, and one time DH accidentally dropped him on the concrete (he was squirming.) He yelped/screamed real bad (and I freaked out) but he was totally fine.

When my Mica was a puppy, twice he jumped off of our deck because he wanted to be down in the yard with whoever was there. It's about 5-1/2 feet to the ground. I had a heart attack! He was fine though.
