We got Walter from a breeder in Calgary who has been breeding mini dachshunds for many years. Its upsetting because as a puppy he has the nicest shineiest coat. His did progressivly get worse, I'm going to make a follow up appointment with th vet in the New year and hopefully get this figured out!
