puppy might be annoying and overwhelming for an older dog. It depends, but an older dog might be a better choice. At 8 years, your dog is pretty much calm and mature and thinks his home is his own, might not like an active puppy in the house. It might go either way, goodluck!

Cute. It all depends on feeding and lifestyle. Mine was a similar weight 7 pounds at 4 months old. He's almost 2 now and is 18.7 pounds or 8.5kg. and I consider him in just under a standard in size. Good food, lots of activity and he will be the best he can be, don't be afraid of overfeeding...

Teething. Its a phase, I gave mine plenty of rawhide to chew. It helps ease tension and anxiety as well. He is 18 months old and still run and get his rawhide and chews a bit before falling asleep or during quiet times.

I have mine on Taste Of The Wild. I alternate between pacific and wetlands formula. The pacific formula is higher in calcium due to salmon content. (calcium great for weiner dogs) Its a 5 star rating on dog food advisor and my dogs poo is consistent. Just a suggestion for a good quality...

I was told to repeat the dose in a few days, but with such a bad reaction I will not. I am waiting on vet to call today. I have been reading about using diatomaceus food grade earth as a wormer in his food. I'll ask about this natural alternantive.

My vet prescribed 2.5 tabs one month apart. Chappie vomitted about 2 hours later. Now I am not sure if he got the dose. He emptied his stomach completely. He has tapeworm. ick, I am calling my vet when it opens. Any thoughts. I have another dose to give in a month.

I had a lady watch me take several pictures recently and she said how do you get him to pose like that? I say to him 'stay there' and he just knows to pose. It funny actually, thanks.
